Our Founder
Meet Rich, the founder of The Sporting Resource, whose dynamic career spans coaching, teaching, and health and social care. With nearly a decade of coaching experience, Rich has worked with a diverse range of age groups, in both Wales and the United States. Holding a UEFA B coaching certificate, a Sports Coaching degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and a PGCE FE awarded by Bangor University. Rich exemplifies persevering dedication to his profession and a genuine desire to help individuals reach their full potential.
In addition to his coaching, Rich has augmented his skills with Level 3 Counselling training and the Introducing Health and Social Care (K102) certification. Currently on the path to becoming a qualified Occupational Therapist through part-time study at Glyndwr University in Wrexham, Rich continues to broaden his expertise
Rich's commitment to continuous professional development is evident in his acquisition of various certifications, including the Disability Inclusion Certificate, Care Certificate, Autism Awareness, FA Psychology, and Talent ID Level 1. These achievements underscore his dedication to providing compassionate and inclusive support to individuals from all walks of life
